You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
AlchemistXJourney is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages: AlchemistXJourney is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
